MyLeadsOnly is a product research platform that provides Amazon sellers with scored product leads, data analysis, and sourcing tools. The Service aggregates publicly available product data and applies proprietary scoring algorithms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

5.2 Payment Terms
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
5.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by MyLeadsOnly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Product data will be accurate, complete, or current
- Any particular results will be achieved from using the Service
MyLeadsOnly does not guarantee profitability or success in Amazon selling. Product scores and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLEADSONLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyLeadsOnly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting on the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
